Dasher Law, PLLC
After graduating from law school, where I chose to focus on family and juvenile law courses, I chose to practice family law because I knew I wanted to help families in conflict. After I began litigating cases, I quickly realized that the best way to resolve conflict was not by creating more conflict. I now choose to practice collaborative law because I believe I truly believe in it. I believe that resolving conflict collaboratively or through mediation is the best thing two people who are struggling through the pain and heartache of a divorce can do for themselves and for their children. My goal is to help my clients resolve their problems amicably and to do everything in my power to protect their children from exposure to the court system and the inevitable high conflict present in adversarial cases. I do not believe that most children are best served by a stranger making decisions about their lives; rather, I believe that when two people negotiate solutions to their domestic problems, they both walk away feeling like they did what was best for their family. As a wife and mother in my personal life, I truly believe in the power of collaborative law and mediation in my professional life. My goal is to help my clients achieve the best results possible with the least amount of heartache and stress.
